Fade your tears away!

Feeling sad is awful. It 's getting more awful when hugs, advise and even dolls aren't strong enough to fade your tears and cheer up your mood.
So, here we are to share some tips that may cheer you up and yes, shall we go?

1.) Music.
Damn, it is the first aid in any mood you have. Try to find a music that has a lyric that so you. Like, if you saw your bf with someone else listen to Someone like you by Adele or That should be me by Justin Bieber. While, if you fail something and you feel sooo down, listen to a song like (What doesn't kill you) Stronger by Kelly Clarkson. Music is the best aid.

2.) Food
For me, when I'm sad, I will eat spicy food so that I will get busy to find water and somehow, it's kinda fun and the hot feeling that burn your mouth will makes you forget the prob and sadness.
Sweet thing also recommended! "A bar of chocolate will cure a broken hearts." sounds familiar? :D

3.) Movie Marathon
sit back on your sofa, in your pajamas and chips in front of you. Watch movie, every movie doesn't need to be your favourite, just watch!

4.) Make yourself busy
A research say that hen your body get busier, it helps to you to be more positive and happier. It is! isn't it?Do your hobby all hang out with friend or if you want to be all alone, do some light sport like walking or jogging.

5.) Let it all out
Some sad feels like press your chest so bad and you feel so hard to breath. Cry, is the thing to let the "press" feeling disappear.

Falling Over Trying Over

When we fail something that we already did our best, every quote seems to be a bullshit, isn't it?
We feel like a loser and we feel everything is meant to be hard for us.
But, girls, hard to say, we need to throw away those feeling.
Here's a short story.

There's this girl who lives in not a very wealthy family yet, live in a develop country, so they NEED to work harder each day. Her parent was so busy as hell, his dad gone before she wake up and return after she fell asleep. Her mom is always yelling and complaining how hard life is. She has an income but still, it isn't enough for them. Her twin lil brother is also the same thing. They always want something good, and good means expensive and it doubles up when it come to them, they're twin. right?
So, could you imagine everyday she has been yelled, listening to the same complain about how hard life is and crying baby who don't know that finding money is incredibly hard.
One day, she try to join a competition, any competition that possibly she could do and win.
She looks herself as an ordinary student, average marks, no award stuff and so so in atlethic.
Then, she finds the only thing she could possibly win is writing. So she write.
She never talks about her goals to her parent cause she knows, she will never get a support. So she just open up the PC and type. Many story she has write but no one win. Depressed? Hell yeah. She always hold herself whenever her parent yell at her and say that she was useless. "Writing a story? That crap doesn't make money, idiot!"
One of her story accepted by a magazine and she got an honor, amount of money. She is incredibly happy.
Do you guys know how long she has write a story? It's been a year and only one story succeed.

This girl is my friend, struggling everyday with no support or love from her family.
But yah, some how quotes are real if you do with hearts and positive mind.

My Style My Personality

Hey all the girls out there!
Have you ever feel like you don't have any good clothes to wear, like your style is so weird but you love it?
Duh, girls, it doesn't matter what people think about your look as long as it is "YOU" (not a total copycat) and it is comfortable! Screw what people think :)
If you have a Burberry shirt, Versace dress, Luis Vuitton jeans and Guess bag BUT you keep thinking they're not great, it is not great.
If you got a $20 polo shirt, $45 jeans and a shoes but you feel confident, it is confident!

So, whatyou think is what you wear, girls.

"My Bestfriend is my boyfriend's Ex"

By Emily (name disguised) via E-mail.

"I'm having a relationship with my boyfriend now. Yesterday was our 4 month anniv.
I have a bestie, call her X. We are so close and share stories together but she never ever talk about her crush or her boyfriend. She always think that boys are jerk.
But yesterday, she told the truth. She was my boyfriend's ex and she tried to not talk about him because she afraid I will give up. Now that I know that, I feel really bad, cause the way she told me, she looked like she still has a feeling for him (although she always said she is trying to move on). What can I do? I love X but, I love my boyfriend since last year, What should i do?"

Ans:

Hey Emily :D

In this case, You need to talk to X and your boy. Why? Because, X give hm up to you because she knows you love him and she also know that they will  never getting back together. Yet, you are her best friend. Talk to her about her feeling, whether she still has a feeling for him or not, or if she says she is trying to move on, go support her, and try to talk less about your boy to prevent her from flashback.
Now, talk to your boy, why don't he told you that he is your best friend Ex? And the most important is, Is he still has a feeling too? Honesty is the best policy, right?
Talk about it very calm and very carefully. Cause it is very sensitive and also to prevent any fight or cold war.

Hope this advise work on you, Emily! :D
